Situation

The cottage is situated between Duras and Marmande, beside the D708 road, close to the village of Levignac de Guyenne. This road carries varying amounts of traffic and can be noisy at times. If perfect peace and quiet is a priority, please discuss this issue with the owners before booking. The surrounding country is mostly farmland, interspersed with the vineyards of the Duras wine-growing region.
